Mr. Madanayaka is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, USA. He is also the Managing Director, ACL Cables PLC, Deputy Chairman, Kelani Cables PLC, and the Managing Director of ACL Plastics PLC.

Mr Nanayakkara holds an M.Sc in Finance from the Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham, UK and AMLP from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK and an Associate of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
He counts for over thirty years of experience in various sectors from manufacturing to financial services at senior management and board levels. Currently, he serves on the board of the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority and had previously served as an advisor to the National Council for Economic Development and as a consultant to the Public Enterprise Reforms Commission of Sri Lanka.
In 2019, Mr Nanayakkara was accorded the Most Outstanding Alumnus Award, AMLP, from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
Mr Upali Madanayaka is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, a Barrister at Law of the Lincoln’s Inn and an Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
He became a Director of ACL Cables PLC in January 1963 and the Chairman and Managing Director in May 1990. Mr Madanayake continues to function as the Chairman of ACL Cables PLC and the Kelani Cables PLC.
A Senior Professor in Civil Engineering and a former Vice Chancellor at the University of Moratuwa. Prof. Ranasinghe is a globally recognised professional engineer, a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka, and a Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, Sri Lanka.
He holds a PhD from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada in Civil Engineering as a Canadian Commonwealth Scholar and has published extensively on engineering and environmental economics.
Professor Ranasinghe is the recipient of many accolades and awards including the SLAAS General Committee Award for Outstanding Contribution to Sri Lankan Sciences and the Education Leadership Award 2013 at the 4th Asia’s Best B-School Awards, Singapore.
He is also the Chairman of Sampath Bank PLC and an Independent Non-Executive Director, Textured Jersey Lanka PLC, Access Engineering PLC, and United Motors Lanka PLC.
A President’s Counsel with over 30 years of experience at the Bar, Mr Egalahewa had his legal education at Sri Lanka Law College followed by an LLM at the University of Colombo and a second LLM from the International Maritime Law Institute of Malta as a World Bank Sponsored scholar.
Mr Egalahewa worked at the Department of the Attorney General of Sri Lanka and served as a counsel attached to the Government Institutions Branch, a State Counsel and then as a Senior State Counsel for a period of 15 years prior to being appointed as a President’s Counsel in 2012.
Ms. Deshini Abeyawardena is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Management Accountant with extensive experience in both private and public sectors. Previously, she was the Head of the Sri Lankan office of Quintiles Transnational, a clinical research company listed on the NYSE, Director-Business Development of Hemas Holdings PLC, Head of Public Relations at Sri Lankan Airlines, and Head of HSBC Premier. She has also been a consultant to Micro Cars and SLINTEC.
During her tenure as Director, Public Enterprises Reform Commission of Sri Lanka (PERC), she has managed several successful public sector reform initiatives and privatisations and served on the Boards of number of state-owned companies.
At present, she serves as a Director of Environmental Foundation Ltd which promotes conservation and undertakes public interest litigation.
Mahesh possesses over 20 years of professional experience in Strategic Planning and Financial Management in multiple business sectors such as Manufacturing, Investment Banking, Telecommunication, Private Equity and Consumer Retail.
He is currently employed at ACL Cables PLC in the capacity of Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO). He also holds the Board Positions in the subsidiaries of ACL Group.
Prior to the current employment, he held the positions of CFO, DSI Group, Senior Vice President-Private Equity Management, NDB Group, Head of Strategic Planning at Etisalat Lanka (Private) Limited, and middle managerial positions at NDB Investment Bank (NDBIB) and MAS Holdings.
Mahesh is an Alumni of Ananda College and University of Moratuwa. He holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Technology Management. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a Fellow Member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK. He is also a Member of The Institution of Engineers (IESL), Sri Lanka and Organization of Professional Associations, Sri Lanka (OPA).
He is also a member of The Sri Lanka Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee (SLAASC) and a Member of Consumer Affairs Council, Sri Lanka. He was a Board Member of CIMA Sri Lanka and a Membership Assessor.

With two BSc degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Defense Studies and Military Engineering from the University of Moratuwa and Sir John Kotalawela Defense University, Sri Lanka, Mr Mudugama brings in over 20 years of post-qualifying experience in electro-mechanical engineering in local and global scenarios.
An Associate Member of the Institute of Engineers, Sri Lanka, Mr Mudugama was a member of the Clean Energy Decision support centre Canada and is an accredited consultant to conduct feasibility studies for the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority.
Mr Sangeeth Silva holds a BSc. in Bio Science Degree from the University of Colombo, M.Phil. in Primatology from Open University of Sri Lanka and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo. He has over 18 years of experience in the field of environmental and social management.
Mr. Tillakawardana holds an MBA and MA in Financial Economics from the University of Colombo, Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing of UK and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from PIM, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. An accomplished professional with over thirty years of Public and Mercantile Sector exposure.
He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of UK and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia, Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, Chartered Institute of Marketing of UK, and a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) of USA. He is a Lecturer/Trainer in the fields of Finance and Marketing for the past fifteen years and a visiting lecturer of Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Colombo.
He has been a Senior CIMA Global Membership Assessor since 2017 and has chaired numerous CIMA committees, served on the CIMA Sri Lanka Board for three years and presently serves as a member of Country Network Committee and Regional Advisory Panel of MESANA.
Mr Chinthaka Perera holds a BSc (Hons) in Engineering from the University of Moratuwa and is also holds a PG Diploma in Water Resources Engineering & Management from the University of Moratuwa. He is also an Associate member of the Institute of Engineers, Sri Lanka.
Mr Perera has over nine years of industry experience in the field of engineering & project management.
